Required Qualifications • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 6+ years in solution architecture or technical leadership roles. • Experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments. • Strong experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, including Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud. • Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs. • Experience with integration patterns, middleware platforms, ETL, and enterprise data architecture. • Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, release management, platform security, and performance optimization. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification. • Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer certification. • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Copado DevOps
