Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Process Analyst. This role is crucial in bridging the gaps in documentation and process workflows, ensuring seamless operations and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and documenting processes.
• Proficiency in Visio for graphical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Experience with either SharePoint or Confluence for information management.
• Prior work experience in risk management and/or big banks is a big plus.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in application management.
• Positive energy and a team-oriented personality.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Close the gap on documentation and process workflows.
• Create comprehensive graphical and written documentation on workflows.
• Collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure project success.
